Welcome to Punta Apartment. We offer an apartment for renting in Petrčane, a beautiful town which is just 9 km from Zadar. Apts are only 50m from the sea, 2nd row, side sea view. The whole resort is private and offers a private beach (free for the guests, paid for public), 2 swimming pools (free), kids wading pool, a pool bar, a restaurant and a grocery shop. Apts are 50m2, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with a table and chairs, bathroom and a private garden (200m2). Apts are fully furnished.

The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
