Recently renovated, this three-level house is bright and tastefully decorated, blending charm with modern comfort. It offers breathtaking views of Saint-Paul de Vence and the surrounding mountains. Outside, the cobblestone streets and Mediterranean greenery create a unique and poetic atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway, an artistic retreat, or simply a moment of pure relaxation.

A vous qui avez envie de découvrir l'arrière pays Grassois, de vous plonger dans les senteurs de la ville de Grasse, de découvrir les villages pittoresques de Gourdon, Mougins, Auribeau et bien d'autres encore… de nager dans le magnifique lac de Saint Cassien ou de vous rendre à Cannes, Antibes, Biot pour la plage ou les visites des musées et artisanats ma maison vous accueille en halte ou en séjour ...le temps de vous enivrer de soleil et de "vous en mettre plein la vue". In the heart of Provence, Villa Cabris is located on a hillside just in front of the authentic Mediterranean village of Cabris. This newly renovated 4-bedroom property is equipped with a heated pool and air-conditioning in each bedroom. You will be a short 10-minute stroll to the village center where you will find restaurants, small shops and a few hotels. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests. There are two beds in each room, and one has an extra bunk bed for children (aged 2 - 10).

Our classic French stone house is split over two floors with large floor to ceiling windows. It has a large, secluded garden with a fabulous pool and a pool house equipped with a full kitchen, a BBQ and a wood burning pizzaoven. It’s located on a secluded south-west facing hillside on the outskirts of the quaint medieval village with unobstructed views. The property is accessed by a driveway that leads you to the house where you will find covered parking and easy access to the main house.

Entièrement rénovée et décorée par leurs hôtes, cette confortable maison climatisée de 70 m2 se compose au Rdc, d'un grand espace salle à manger/salon, et d'une belle cuisine indépendante toute équipée. A l'étage, 2 chambres: l'une avec terrasse, l'autre avec balcon et d'une Sdb avec WC. A l'extérieur vous disposerez d'une agréable terrasse aménagée et d'un espace jardin où vous pourrez vous détendre.

Notre maison indépendante (plein pied +/- 60 m2) est idéalement située plein sud en face d’une zone verte, tout au-dessus d’une colline surplombant la belle région vallonnée de la Côte d'Azur offrant une vue splendide sur les montagnes environnantes et un aperçu mer. Nous sommes situés dans une rue calme, sans issue, mais tout de même proche des villes comme Antibes (8 min), Nice (15 min) et Cannes (20 min).
