Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

UPDATE 2024: The apartment was completely renewed this year, with new air conditioning, beds and bathrooms, soundproof windows and other comforts, still preserving the UNESCO legacy and its unique and charming ambient. The apartment (120m²) is located in a XVIII century building, just next to the cathedral and close to the sea. It offers an amazing view of Cefalù and an incomparable position. 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a huge living and dining room, a living kitchen and a private laundry.

"Osterio Magno" Apartment, in the heart of Cefalu

The apartment is very central, located just in front of the historical "Osterio Magno" Palace, the old residence of the king Ruggero, 100 meters far from the Norman Cathedral and about 150 meters far from the beach. Everything you may need is at walking distance: pubs, bar, shops, restaurants, cafe' are all at 2 minutes walk, or less. The sea is 5 minutes walk and all the monuments are very close. The big Rock of Cefalu is just behind the house and can be easily reached for a nice excursion
