La posizione è ideale per esplorare la città: Piazza Maggiore è raggiungibile in soli 5 minuti a piedi, Via Indipendenza dista appena 1 minuto, e la stazione centrale si trova a 10 minuti. Il parcheggio interrato più vicino (5 minuti) si chiama "parcheggio piazza VIlI agosto".
