Dotata di due posti auto, è perfetta per famiglie e gruppi di amici, con un solarium privato, una zona relax e una area pranzo sotto un patio accogliente. La proprietà é impreziosita da un terrazzo panoramico sul tramonto. A pochi passi troviamo stabilimenti balneari, gelaterie bar e ristoranti.

My brother and my daughter grew up running barefoot on these ancient terracotta floors. Imagine a former medieval tower, once part of a 11th century fortified castle. As you enter, like in most Tuscan country houses, there is a kitchen with a stone sink. A stairway brings to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with their original terracotta floors and wooden beams. They both offer a gorgeus, unobstructed view of Chianti vineyards and hills. And a private access to a terracotta terrace facing the valley. It's hard to imagine a more peaceful scenery.

La vasca esterna sarà utilizzabile dal 1 maggio al 1 novembre di ogni anno, successivamente potrà essere usata su richiesta ma l'acqua interna non riuscirà a superare i 25 gradi.

For those who wish, it is possible—upon request—to share moments of cooking and conviviality, such as carefully prepared dinners to be enjoyed together, even by candlelight, in an intimate and welcoming setting.
