Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Located in Capo Vaticano, 7 km from Tropea, our apartment is surrounded by greenery and close to the most beautiful beaches of the area. Enjoy panoramic views of the Straits of Messina and the Aeolian Islands. Our location guarantees peace and tranquility, yet we are only 1km from the town of San Nicolò, with all the necessary services (post office, ATM, bars, restaurants, market etc). Ideal for families and couples who love nature, tranquility and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean.

Palazzo Pizzo Residence + garden terrace

This unique apartment is located in a restored vaulted stone cellar in an over 200 year old palazzo perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. Relax on your private garden terrace, enjoy the late morning sun, have an aperitivo while watching the sunset. From this residential area of the oldest part of Pizzo's centro storico it's just a 2 min walk to the lively main square with a good choice of restaurants, bars and grocery shops. The local beach is a 10-15 min walk downhill.

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.
