Το όνομα της περιοχής σημαίνει "καλή θέα" ή "όμορφη θέα", αναφερόμενο στη θέα που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα. Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Ρεθύμνου, συγκεκριμένα 850 μέτρα με τα πόδια. Η απόσταση από την παλιά πόλη του Ρεθύμνου είναι περίπου 2 χιλιόμετρα, όπου μπορείτε να δείτε τη διατηρημένη πόλη, καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και όλα τα αξιοθέατα.

Harkia Villas is a complex of one city apartment (apartment Tilio) and 2 luxurious villas (villa Faskomilia & villa Thimari) designed by its owner Argiri Vasilaki. The city apartment is our offering for those who prefer to spend their holidays next to the beach and the city. Apartment Tilio is located in Platanias area, only 1.4 km away from the beach and 5 km away from the city of Rethymno. The swimming pool is for the guests of apartment Tilio only.

Peace and quiet studio

A summer studio so quiet in the heart of the touristic Platanes area in Rethymno. It’s equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. Bed linen and towels are changed from the cleaning lady every 4 days. Also she can come to the studio if you wish even every day to wipe the floor and to ask you if you need anything. You can find restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, super market ,bus stop in the distance of 50m as everything is close.

Olive apartment in Adelianos Kampos, Rethymno

This apartment is part of a small family complex of ten apartments located in the beautiful area of Adelianos Kampos in Rethymno. Adelianos Kampos is a suburb of Rethymno, 7km away from the city center. The main street is about 100 metres away,where you can find anything you need(super-markets , restaurants, coffee, bakery, pharmacy, doctor etc). The bus station is 2 minutes away from the apartment and the beach 300 metres away.
