It was built by us featuring a private hot tub, perfect for stargazing on a clear night. The stunning views are over an area of outstanding natural beauty, across a valley to the sea where the sun sets. You can meet our alpacas and sheep. Bijou Barn with exclusive-use Annexe

Little Barn is an intimate hideaway, perfect for couples looking for cosy and characterful accommodation close to beaches and Dartmoor National Park. The one-bedroom barn conversion with wood-burner provides all you need for a romantic retreat. In addition, there’s a glazed chill-out room in a charming, single-storey building next door, which also provides a utility room with full laundry facilities and an additional toilet and shower. There is also a 0.5 acre garden with orchard and picnic spot

Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

"Apple Pie Luxury Escapes" welcomes you to our newly renovated, luxury getaway on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. With an EV charger onsite, located on the outskirts of Tavistock, Devon, it's the perfect escape to the country! With riverside walks on the doorstep, and the historic town of Tavistock 6 minutes away, there's plenty to do and see, or just relax and enjoy the views. Please be aware until the end of July there is building work being carried out on the adjoining plot.

1 Bed Apt (sleeps 4) seconds from the Seafront

Just seconds from the seafront and Plymouth West Hoe Pier, this ground floor self contained apartment sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is one bathroom with shower and an open plan kitchen / dining area which leads onto a lounge. Free off road parking is at the rear of the property. Within walking distance are the Tinside Lido, Plymouth Hoe, and a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Barbican is also only 20 minutes walk.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Church View Cottage at The Old Rectory, Rame

Church View Cottage is a beautiful house right next door to our home, The Old Rectory, Rame, Cornwall and opposite the ancient Rame Church of St Germanus. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. We offer comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.

Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation and features a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, a cinema room with surround sound and a PS5, and a games room with a full-size pool table, a dartboard, and table football. There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.

I always provide fresh ground coffee, tea, milk, and bread prior to your visit. Our beautifully refurbished cottage has instant access to the moors, Drakes cycle trail and village amenities. It is the perfect location for exploring Dartmoor and enjoying nearby restaurants and pubs.
