Down a flight of stairs is a large farmhouse style fully equipped kitchen/diner. There is also access to a private courtyard. There are two double en-suite bedrooms, a twin en-suite bedroom and a single bedroom. This apartment sleeps up to 7 adults or 9 people in total (to include any children). Pets welcome.

It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

The cottage boasts a log burner and sunset facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the City of Plymouth. The interior is quirky and cosy, with lots of unique features such as a vaulted bedroom ceiling. The cottage is petite, set over 3 floors and built in the 18th century. We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning. All high touch areas are cleaned and sanitised. We take pride in our cleanliness and provide extra cleaning supplies for guests during their stay.
