Contemporary Mediterranean villa located in a peaceful private resort , overlooking Kvarner bay, Opatija Riviera and Istrian peninsula. Surrounded by private lavender field, infinity pool (8x6m) and a fire pit area... Due to not completely finished details villa is offered under special promotional prices (50% discount). Welcome to our spacious apartment, perfect for a family or friends' getaway! Located only 6 minutes by car (3 km) from the city center of Opatija, known for its lovely beaches, picturesque parks and rich and captivating history. A 20-minute drive will take you to the city of Rijeka, a renowned port bursting with history and a lot of attractions to explore. Our apartment is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars. There's even a playground nearby and many supermarkets.

Kastav, a town fortified by a town wall with nine defensive towers, was built on the ridge of Karst mountain ( 377 meters above sea level ). It is situated very near from our " Pearl of the Adriatic " Opatija ( 6 kilometers ) and Rijeka ( 10 kilometers ) , only 20 kilometers from Rupa, the Croatio Slovenian border.
