Sangre Vista Lofts

Nestled in the Sangre de Christo valley, this charming tiny home welcomes you to embrace nature in comfort. Cozy sleeping lofts accommodate 4-6 guests, ideal for 2 couples or a family of 6, with added memory foam futon. A spiral staircase leads to one loft, while a sturdy ladder leads to twin beds for a unique experience. Enjoy unparalleled stargazing, nearby hiking trails, and a 120-acre property to explore. A 35-minute drive to Monarch Ski Area, and a mere 15 minutes away from downtown Salida.

1 Room Rustic Dry Camping Cabin 8 at BV Overlook

A rustic dry camping cabin with a front row view of the Collegiate Peaks. This is a campground glamping experience. Has 1 queen size bed and bunk bed. Queen bed is made and bunk bed linens can be provided upon request. This cabin has electricity, heat, private porch, picnic table and fire ring. Please note that there is no plumbing. Cabin guests have full access of our newly renovated bathhouses just a short walk away. Up to 2 dogs allowed with an added flat fee of $25. No additional pets.

The Rock Room

Explore 35+ wooded acres surrounded by national forest in the Rocky Mountains. A wonderful place for couples, friends, & solo travelers to relax or adventure in a modern cabin cut into a rock wall <15 mins from Salida, CO. We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. The Fox Den – Cozy Suite Near River: STR-234

The Fox Den is a small-but-cute suite in S. Main next to the bouldering park. It faces an actual fox den—which is how it got its name. It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. The Den is a completely private suite attached to a main house with a separate entrance and lockbox for convenient self-check in. STR-234
