NON RESIDENT AND TOURIST CAR ACCESS Non-authorized cars are prohibited from driving within the ZTL at the following times: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays from 07:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. PRIVATE GARAGES (€20/25/30 per day, depending on the car size) give you the possibility to enter and park your car there for (1€) per access. The apartment is located in a strategic position, Via Maggio n.1: in the heart of the city, between Borgo San Frediano (considered by Lonely Planet one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world) and the extraordinary monuments and masterpieces of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum, Il Duomo and the elegant Via Tornabuoni with its super-chic shops. The possibility of self-check in will soon be available, especially for those who have to arrive after 7 pm. the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal to give you all informations to spend an authentic vacation in Florence! The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

Beautiful apartment ideal for 2/4 guests, located in via del Presto, which is in the heart of Florence, on the 4th floor WITH ELEVATOR. The location of the apartment is close to all the major attractions of the historical city, you can reach any important place by walking. The loft is an open space: the lower lever has a sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. Separately there is a kitchen-living area and a bathroom. On the upper level there is another double bed, wardrobe and TV.

The apartment has been fully renovated (March 2024), entirely painted and decorated, with a new kitchenette and new flooring. Close to the River Arno, ten minutes by foot from the Uffizi Museum, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce you'll be able to move without the need to use public transportation. The two-room apartment consists in a bedroom, living room/cooking area and a bathroom.
