Our little cottage is a great place to start or end your travels down the Great Ocean Road or begin that trip back to Melbourne. Please note we are NOT the Ritz-Carlton, so please don’t expect that. We are a little old cottage that prides itself on being clean

It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen, a built-in laundry, a separate toilet & luxurious bathroom with deep double bath, (for use when our tanks are full).

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Centrally located two doors back from the Port Fairy Day Spa and a 2 minute stroll to the cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. This neat and tidy 1950's home has been renovated offering; 3 Bedrooms, (Q,Q, Dbl bunk), main family bathroom and additional shower and toilet. There is open plan living, kitchen and dining space opening out to a large rear yard. A perfect retreat for groups or families.

PLEASE NOTE there are external stairs to enter and gain access to the lockbox. There is also a ramp one you have gained access. Internal stairs access to 3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom & theatre room.

Barkly Beach House is a brand newly renovated home designed with relaxing coastal holidaying in mind, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop.

Peterborough is also close to all the major attractions including Bay of Islands, Bay of Martyrs, London Bridge, Loch Ard Gorge, 12 Apostles, Gibson Steps and the Gourmet Food Trail. NOT suitable for parties or loud get togethers! Any loud noise after 10pm and you will be asked to leave.
