Cozy apartment in a 2-storey villa, surrounded by greenery with a wonderful sea view just a few minutes walk from the beach. The garden has 2 parking slots, table tennis, shower and a large equipped terrace in front of a bright living room with open kitchen. The sleeping area accommodates up to 5 people with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are communicating. Rooms are equipped with fans and large wardrobes. The house has central heating, dishwashers, washing machine and Wi-Fi connection.

Il terreno è arredato e attrezzato e prevede angoli ombrosi per la lettura, piscina, prati con lettini per prendere il sole, terrazze panoramiche, docce esterne, barbecue e tavolo da pranzo esterno. Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, potrai godere di tutto il meglio che Pitigliano ha da offrire. Dai balconi si gode una vista strepitosa sulla vallata: il luogo ideale per rilassarsi leggendo un libro, gustando un buon caffè o un calice di vino, accompagnati dal canto degli uccelli e dal profumo dei fiori.
