It was decorated and equipped with great dedication, always thinking about the well-being and comfort of the guests. Our goal is to make you feel like you are at home and take with you great memories of a pleasant experience! This apartment is located in Picaria, in the heart of the city. In the top of everything, you even have a great terrace! It has 1 cozy bedroom and 1 big sofa bed, perfect for up to 4 people. Families are also welcome to our space. Everything was made with love, so you can feel at home. So, kitchen is fully equiped, you will have towels, sheets, shampoo and shower gel. It has all the amenities that a house should have, you just need to enjoy! ;) The apartment is just for you as well as the terrace. The area is full of life, with restaurants, bars, shops, where you can feel the good energy of the city. Despite being a lively area, the apartment is quiet, as it does not face the street. By Metro: To Trindade (35 min from the airport) By Taxi: 10-15 min from the airport The terrace is really a must in this area. Imagine after a day of exploring the city, and have a great outdoor area to chill out. You also have lots of restaurants, stores, and the historic centre at your feet!

A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

This charming suite is on the 3rd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!
