Home is centrally located at 7min from both downtown &/or wineries, 3 miles to Cal Poly- but is completely quiet with no traffic on our multi acre property. This home shares the driveway and parking with our family’s main house, but the home has been designed for the two sets of 8ft glass sliders to have unobstructed views while maintaining complete privacy. We are 15 minutes to Avila and Pismo Beach.

The Studio is a unique, completely renovated 1940's studio overlooking a one acre organic farm, located just minutes from the historic Village of Arroyo Grande. 6 miles to the beach, 3 miles to wine tasting in the Edna Valley, and a beautiful 12 mile country drive to SLO, the studio offers something for everyone. With a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and outdoor patio with bbq and propane fire pit this is the perfect place for your relaxing Central Coast getaway.

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

Enjoy the peace and solitude of the Central Coast back country in this 10ft x 12ft furnished wall tent. Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.

The Barn at Old Morro is a refreshing and beautiful space centrally located to all the Central Coast has to offer! Tastefully appointed and well stocked, the barn is the perfect getaway for Paso Robles wine country, the Cayucos/Cambria/Morro Bay Coast, San Luis Obispo shopping or exploring the gorgeous Big Sur coastline! Set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.
