The apartment offers a panoramic view of the bay (This is just, WOW!) and a spacious private terrace allows you to enjoy the moment. There is a shared swimming pool at your disposal. Free parking is in front of the building. It takes you only 5 minutes on foot to access the waterfront and dive in. There are also various authentic restaurants and a shop within walking distance.

The villa offers 2 independent apartments (only 1 available for rent), each with separate entrances, private gardens, and terraces. The shared infinity edge swimming pool completed in 2026 is heated with incredible views of the Bay of Kotor.

While the climb is absolutely worth it, it may not be suitable for everyone. Look forward to being your host!
