Relax, read, drink prosecco or dine while watching amazing sunsets in the peaceful medieval village of Santa Vittoria. At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

Villino con piscina fuori terra situato sulla prima collina a ridosso del mare , l'immobile partendo dal mare si raggiunge percorrendo una strada in salita di 600 mt. La casa di 144 mq è composta da soggiorno con angolo cottura in questo ambiente è stato collocato un divano letto ed un letto a castello, nella zona notte ci sono 3 camere da letto (matrimoniale, media con letto matrimoniale e singola con letto a castello + lettino aggiuntivo), bagno con vasca e bagno di servizio con doccia.

It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.
