艺术家之家2间带共用卫生间的双人客房
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor of a charming traditional house in the heart of the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park. There is a spacious shared bathroom, with an 70's style bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be separated or joined as needed. This house is an exemplary conservative renovation of an ancient mountain residence, located in a small village in the Dolomites close to a river. Here you can breathe fresh air and savor the sense of the real mountain, of peace, of slowness. Formerly the residence and studio of a talented local painter, it has now taken on new life in younger hands who have respected its elegant essence and bizarre spirit. The house is structured on four floors and has several common areas: the dining room, a very spacious living room, a reading room, a garden in front of the house and a courtyard with a pergola at the back. Guests will have free access to the kitchen, a dining room, a large living room and a reading room. You can enjoy the hours of sunshine in the garden in front of the house or in a delightful patio covered by a vine of strawberry grapes. Guests will be greeted by a contact person who has great command of the house and will receive assistance 24/7 during their stay. The essentials for breakfast will be at guests' disposal in the kitchen.A few steps from the house you will find the Forner bakery - with an adjoining mini-market and bar - which churns out delicious products every morning. Valle Agordina is a pretty village in the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site located in the Conca Agordina under the imposing mass of the Moiazza-Civetta, San Sebastiano - Tamer - Moschesin and Monte Celo groups. Passo Duran, the scene of numerous mountain stages of the Giro d'Italia, connects the Agordina Valley to the Municipality of Val di Zoldo and offers a spectacular alpine panorama that is quite popular in summer by all types of hikers and rock climbers and in winter by ski mountaineering and snow-shoes enthusiasts. The Agordina Valley enjoys certain fame in the sport climbing sector for the Pian de Caleda cliff, a destination for rock climbers from all over Europe, and is also located at the foot of the most fascinating trekking in the Dolomites, the Alta Via n.1. The house does not have private parking, but it will be possible to park 50m from the house in the municipal car parks, across the bridge. The house, being very articulated and distributed over several levels, has many stairs without a handrail. It is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children who could easily escape parental control and/or lack caution when climbing and descending stairs.
