Restaurants, supermarkets, and a swimming pool are all within walking distance. Plus, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Arabba, Corvara, and Alleghe are less than 30km away.

E' a 1.918m sul livello del mare, in un sito dall'ottimo innevamento, con gli impianti di sci da discesa a 150 metri di distanza e raggiungibili a piedi, e la pista da sci da fondo appena attraversata la strada. Ottimo punto di partenza per splendide escursioni. E' spesso utilizzato anche dalla mia famiglia e quindi ci teniamo che sia accogliente.
