Denna ljuvliga oas har utsikt över det som gör Abruzzo så vackert, Majellaberget, adriatiska havet och de högt belägna byarna. Njut av detta i en lugn, tyst och naturnära miljö med 10 min. promenad till den lilla byn Monteodorisio. Här finns bageri, café och affärer. Villan har stor tomt utan grannar inpå knuten. Till närmsta stad (Vasto) tar de ca 10 min. med bil och till stranden tar det ca 15 min. Tre stora sovrum, badrum på varje plan, tvättstuga, kök i öppen planlösning. Inget trafikbrus.

Direct access to Via Verde boardwalk - a 60 km cycling and walking path along the coast. Main level apartment also available at the same location (sleeps 4-6).

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
