Situato in una piccola via ad accesso pedonale, gode perciò di una calma e di una tranquillità uniche, pur mantenendo la vicinanza alla città e al lago, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. A pochi minuti a piedi la funicolare Como-Brunate, i ristoranti sul lago, il lido di Viale Geno e il centro città. L’appartamento si trova circa 50 metri sopra il lago, pertanto non è adatto a persone con ridotta mobilità

You can sunbathe, swim in the clear waters of the lake and relax in the small private sauna. It will be amazing to have dinner on the lake at sunset after a swim or a sauna. So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.
