Dieses wunderschöne, typisch toskanische Rustico, ist 250 Jahre alt und komplett renoviert. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man in 35 Autominuten. Von den einmalig angelegten verschiedensten Terrassen hat man einen tollen Rundumblick auf die toskanischen Hügel. Das Haus ist in Alleinlage und hat keine direkten Nachbarn, sodass man mit den Vögeln aufwacht. Der riesige Garten, die Olivenbäume und verschiedenste Obstbäume laden zum entdecken ein. Am Ende des Hügels ist ein eigener Bach!

From the living you have acces to a terrace with dining table and grill in the shade of a pergola and another small terrace in front of the kitchen to enjoy the sunsets.

Borgo Paradiso is a stone farmhouse dating back to the 1920s. Originally conceived as a structure used as a farm shed, it was later enlarged and tastefully renovated by the current owner. A rustic-style dwelling with typical ceilings with exposed beams and antique terracotta floors, yet welcoming and comfortable, completed by a refined dependance used as a wellness area and equipped with a large Jacuzzi for 4 people, sauna and solarium.
