Si tratta di una torretta del 1500 composta da un grande vano pluriuso con volta a botte lunettata, una stanza da letto con le tipiche volte a stella, un grande e accessoriato bagno ed un piccolo vano cottura. L'intera torretta, tutta fruibile dagli ospiti, si sviluppa dal piano terra fino al meraviglioso solarium e giardino pensile di esclusiva pertinenza dove sarà possibile trascorrere in tranquillità le serate estive o prendere il sole. Gli ospiti avranno a loro disposizione l'intero stabile.

La Casa di Celeste è un delizioso appartamento appena ristrutturato nel centro storico di Lecce. Situata in area pedonale, a due passi da ristoranti e cocktail bar che animano la città, è perfetta per 2 persone, piccole famiglie o coppie di amici. È composta da una stanza da letto matrimoniale, una stanza con divano letto, soggiorno, cucina, bagno e un ampio terrazzo con barbeque dove poter cenare con la massima privacy e dal quale godere di una bellissima vista sulla piazza.

È la tipica casa salentina costruita tra la fine dell’ 800 e gli inizi del 900, ha i soffitti a stella, le cementine e porte, finestre, balconi, maniglie, ringhiere ecc. sono d’epoca. La casa è spaziosa, accogliente, raffinata e sin dai primi istanti fa sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio poiché circondati da bellezza e autenticità. Dal primo novembre 2023 al 30 aprile 2024 applico uno sconto del 10% sulla tariffa settimanale e uno sconto del 30 % per soggiorni di 28 giorni.

L’appartamento, su due livelli, si trova al secondo piano (62 GRADINI SENZA ASCENSORE) di un palazzo nobiliare del XVI secolo, sito tra le due strade principali del centro storico e gode, dalle finestre del salotto, di una meravigliosa vista di piazza Duomo. È composto da ingresso, salotto, due camere da letto, sala da pranzo, cucina, due bagni e da un terrazzo attrezzato (70 mt) al livello della cucina, da cui si gode della vista del campanile e del quartiere antico.

Appartamento a 2 livelli con ottime rifiniture, ampio terrazzo con vista cupole delle chiese nei dintorni tra le quali il Duomo di Lecce. Priva di ogni rumore, permette pace e relax a tutte le ore del giorno. Completamente autonoma. Tre bagni, uno con doccia chiusa, uno con doccia aperta. Il terzo bagno, in terrazzo è utilizzabile in estate. Se si vuole utilizzare la seconda camera da letto anche essendo in 2, bisognerà pagare un supplemento di euro 30 al giorno.
