Villa immersa nel verde, con un grande giardino attrezzato. Ideale per famiglie in cerca di un ambiente rustico che abbia tutti i comfort. Spesso meta di gruppi di giovani in cerca di relax. L'appartamento a piano terra è abitato da me e i miei figli durante le vacanze. La casa e il giardino godono di totale privacy, la zona piscina è in condivisione con noi. Sulle alture del Lago di Lecco, ai piedi della Grignetta, in località Piani dei Resinelli (1270 m. s.l.m.), si offre graziosa casa singola con ampio portico, completamente arredata, con caratteristiche e servizi tipicamente montani. Situata in zona molto tranquilla immersa nel bosco, con splendida vista sulla guglie antistanti, a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro paese. Raggiungibile da Lecco in auto in 30 min. circa. Charming chalet with view of Gravedona and Lake Como. Surrounded by greenery, it's ideal for two or three people. At ground floor we have kitchen and living room with sofa bed, fireplace, and an outdoor area with barbecue and table for eating and chill. Upstairs, there are: bedroom, bathroom and two terraces. There is a public parking under the house and a private 50mt. far from the house. The chalet is located in Segna.

In Barzio, just a few kilometres from Milan (50 minutes) and a stone's throw from Lake Como, Chalet in the tranquillity of a park about 600 m from the village centre and less than 1 km from the Piani di Bobbio cable car. !! In the winter period for heating and electricity we will take meter readings, so the cost of heating will be on balance.

Nice cottage, recently renovated, at the feet of mount Grigna, starting point of easy trekkings or more challenging climbings. City of Lecco (10 minuts by car) and other touristics villages of Lake Como are easy accessible by public transport, too. We can speak Italian, English and German.
