Casa Chiassarello si trova in posizione tranquilla e panoramica, a pochi passi dal centro di Roccastrada. La casa, interamente in pietra, é ricavata da un vecchio frantoio. L'alloggio è uno spazio aperto di circa 80 mq dove è presente una cucina molto spaziosa, un bagno, zona notte con tv e camino; si affaccia su una spaziosa veranda sfruttabile come zona pranzo e zona relax. A disposizione degli ospiti giardino e piscina, entrambi ad uso esclusivo, nella proprietà non ci sono altri ospiti

Inserita in palazzo storico di pregio, a due passi da Piazza Grande, nasce dal recupero e riuso di quelle che fin dai tempi antichi erano botteghe di artigiani e commercianti. Un loft caratterizzato dalla sequenza prospettica di ambienti voltati, funzionalmente distinti ma lasciati privi di separazioni, dove la pietraserena domina sia nei rivestimenti che negli elementi decorativi delle volte a crociera.

It is located only 2 minutes from Porta Pispini, the oldest door of the city, sheltered from the noise of the historic center. Walk just 10 minutes to reach the beautiful Piazza del Campo.

L'appartamento è un grande loft con un alto soffitto di travi di legno. Anticamente era un granaio. In posizione tranquilla, nel centro storico di Montepulciano. L'ingresso sul vicolo è al piano rialzato (solo 4 scalini per accedervi), mentre le finestre sulla via del Poggiolo sono al secondo piano. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata, con lavastoviglie.
