It offers a nice view of the lake and is surrounded by all the services that the city could offer: public parking, public transport, bars, restaurants, lakefront, a tourist information centre nearby, and two delicious grocery stores in case you don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant! Loading/unloading with the car in front of the property is possible.

"Mozzio Antica" è una antica dimora situata nel centro storico della piccola Fraz. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), sulle montagne della Valle Antigorio, a quota 820 metri s.l.m. Nell'anno 2015 è stata ristrutturata con la massima cura e attenzione e nel rispetto dell'architettura locale, donandole toni delicati e preziosi dettagli. Si tratta di una casa di montagna, indipendente, con giardino esclusivo da cui si gode di splendida vista sulla vallata, dotata di tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

L'abitato si trova ad un'altezza di circa 500 metri all'imbocco della Valle Vigezzo, e l'edificio si affaccia sulla splendida vallata dell'Ossola, di fronte al Moncucco e a Domobianca.

ANCIENT STABLE IN CANOVA SINCE 1672

Canova is near the Toce River, just few minutes from Domodossola. The medieval village consists of a dozen of stone houses builded from 1200 to 1700, all restored. The accommodation is an old restored stable, aged 1672, used for the horse change. The village is close to the most important ski resorts of Ossola Valley, Monte Rosa, Premia Spa with hot springs, Toce Waterfall and Lake Maggiore. Domodossola Train Station at 7 Km, Malpensa Airport 45 min.
