L'appartamento è situato alla periferia sud di Vicenza in una zona ben servita. L'appartamento è di circa 80mq, con due bagni, due camere (una matrimoniale e una cameretta), ampia zona giorno open space con cucina attrezzata. È suddiviso in due piani, primo piano zona giorno, raggiungibile dalle scale esterne, e secondo piano zona notte.
