Die Villa mit 8-10 Betten liegt am Rand des Dorfes Fuskulin. Luxus und Komfort in und ausserhalb der Villa mit: Pool, Whirlpool, Auẞenküche, Grill (Ofyr) und nur wenige km vom Strand, sowie von der Altstadt von Porec.

Stan se nalazi tik uz pulski amfiteatar, s parkom preko puta, svega korak od šetnice uz more te 5 minuta hoda do stare gradske jezgre. U blizini su željeznički i autobusni kolodvor, trajektna luka i brojne kulturne znamenitosti i turističke atrakcije. S balkona se pruža prekrasan pogled na luku, što čini ovaj stan savršenim izborom za sve koji traže mir i udobnost.

Das Ferienhaus mit dem Appartement für bis 6 Personen befindet sich im Bade- und Erholungsort Stinjan ca. 1,2 Km vom feinen Kieselstrand entfernt. Stinjan ist ein ruhiger Vorort der Stadt Pula. Liegt gegenüber Nationalpark Brijuni. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohn-Essbereich, Bad mit Dusche, Bad mit Badewanne. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit einem Fitnessraum, Fernseher, WLAN-Zugang, Klimaanlage. Für unsere Gäste im Haus steht ein Pool und Parkplatz kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Pula King's Square apartment (free parking)

Uživajte sa svojom obitelji u ovom modernom lijepo uređenom smještaju. U dvorištu zgrade se nalazi besplatno javno parkiralište, a u neposrednoj blizini razni dućani lokalnih namirnica, tržnica, drogerija, banka, ljekarna i ambulanta, kafići, restorani, gradski bazeni, teniski i drugi sportski tereni, Dom sportova, dječje igralište i mnogo drugog zanimljivog sadržaja. Za svega desetak minuta pješke stižete na plažu, a grad je udaljen oko 20 min hoda. Odlične su gradske autobusne linije.

Amazing villa with pool near old town

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.

Romantic pop

Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. Del mar is very stylish and confortable place for 3 people 70 m.from the beach and few min by foot from big Max city mall(buy groceries,drink a coffee,restaurants).Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,2 great restaurants,fast food and ice cream , bus station,dog beaches. Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift and beach bar on the water :-)

Villa Lola is located in Valbandon village, near charming town Fazana (10 min. by walk), only 700 m from the pebbly beach, on the west coast of the Istria. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms and separate toilet, so it can accommodate up to 8 persons.

Vila ima 5 spavaćih soba i tri kupaonice i može smjestiti 10 osoba. Vila također ima suteren gdje možete igrati stolni nogomet, pikado ili čak i vježbati. Vila ima predivan vanjski bazen pokraj kojeg se možete sunčati i jednostavno uživati u sunčanom vremenu. U dvorištu slobodno možete koristiti roštilj za pripremu ukusnih mediteranskih ribljih jela i ostalih delikatesa. Dvorište je potpuno ograđeno. Na raspolaganju imate također WiFi i privatan parking za tri auta.
