Brimstone is a ski-in/ski-out complex located directly at the ski resort / bicycle park, 27 miles north of Durango. Enjoy the year-round activities the area has to offer and come relax in one of our cozy condos sitting fireside or enjoying a soak in our hot tub with breathtaking views of the mountains. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.

Avoid crowded parking lots and long walks to ski base. Pull up to our beautiful condo and park the car for the duration of your stay. Easily walk to base of mountain; chairlift, bars, restaurants, pool and hot tub.
