Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Our family house is located in the center of Rabac, directly by the sea with the most beautiful view of the Bay of Rabac and the islands of Cres and Lošinj. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house directly on the waterfront. It has a large sleeping and living area, a spacious kitchen , a private bathroom with shower. We have air conditioning. But we have a balcony with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The balcony is shared with another guest.

It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
