Our home is set on the city boundary just 8 minutes from the City Centre, 5 minutes from Palmerston North Hospital, 15 minutes to Massey University and very well positioned for walking, tramping and biking tracks around the Manawatu . Our modern home is on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open countryside with great views to the windmills and just outside the apartment, we have a lovely Highland cow named Toffee who shares the paddock with some Wiltshire sheep, an interesting self shearing breed.

Please note this is a Historic Shearer's Quarters. If you have mobility issues please be aware there are no ramps and only steps.

Our restored shearers quarters are modern, warm, bright and comfortable. Double glazed, fireplace, insulated, infinity gas and beautifully decorated. We have free Wifi. ChromeCast on the TV.
