Circuswagon in the garden

We have a beautifully restored circus wagons in the garden with us. It is equipped with a large bed, a small kitchen and bathroom. Before the circus wagon is a small terrace with outdoor kitchen and seating area under the roof you can sit comfortably even in bad weather. In our garden there is a nice barbecue, which is available at any time. Our circus wagon is in Kümpfmühl district, from there you can easily reached by bike in 10 minutes to the old town. Wenn like traveling on foot, you can be in a 30 minute walk into the city. It take two city buses in 10 minutes distance directly in front of our house and convenient to downtown or to the railway station. Here are some shopping in the area, as well as petrol station with long opening times. If you feel like you are comfortable chairs for relaxing under the trees in the garden, or swing to the bikes and enjoy the beautiful city. We look forward to guests who want to experience another unique city break.

Albrecht Altdorfer EG

Sie wohnen in einem historischen Altstadthaus mit einem einzigartigen Kellergewölbe aus dem 12. Jahrhundert. Darin befindet sich das beliebte Beer Dorado Tarantino's, in dem bis zu 50 regionale Bierspezialitäten und die vielleicht besten Steinofen Pizzen der Stadt serviert werden. Trotz unmittelbarer Zentrumsnähe ist von dem nächtlichen Altstadttrubel der Innenstadt nicht viel zu spüren, die Ostengasse ist eine verkehrsberuhigte Fahrradstraße. In die Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Meter Fußweg.

Unsere liebevoll renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete 2-Zimmer-Whg. im EG der alten Papiermühle von 1539 bietet Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Sie ist ca. 57 qm groß, sehr bequem für zwei, es kann aber im Wohnzi. die Couch für zwei weitere Personen zum bequemen Queensize Doppelbett umgebaut werden. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht noch ein Yoga- und Trainingsraum (ca. 30 qm) zur Verfügung und lädt ein zu Yoga, Meditation, Boxsacktraining. Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr, Eltern haften für ihre Kinder.

Very nice and high-quality apartment with bathroom, small kitchen, balcony, WLAN, TV, hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine, two induction plates for cooking, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and walk-in closet. Parking space parking garage (duplex) and bicycle rental on request The room is only a few minutes' walk from the most important sights of Regensburg, such as the cathedral and the Stone Bridge. Nearby you will find numerous nice cafes and restaurants.

Stadtnahes Apartment am Park

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

Im Dachgeschoss gelegen erreichst Du sie über 60 Treppenstufen. Neben dem Schlafzimmer gibt es noch drei einzelne Betten verteilt über die Wohnung. Sie hat eine hochwertig ausgestattete Küche. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es drei Theater, ein Kino, einen Supermarkt und viele Lokale.

Gesamtwohnfläche 25 qm zentrale Lage Der Wohnbereich beinhaltet eine Küchenzeile mit Dunstabzug ins Freie, einen Esstisch, einen Arbeitsplatz am Fenster sowie ein Bett mit einer Breite von 1,20 m (Länge 2 m). Das Bad ist mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet (keine Waschmaschine integriert). Das Parkhaus am Dachauplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Weiter Stellplätze für Autos sind entlang der Straßen (kostenpflichtig). WLAN ist verfügbar.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Centrally located, lovely gallery apartment

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Licht und Luft- Künstlerhaus für Naturliebhaber

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.
