Die A 81 ist 3 Autominuten entfernt, so haben Sie einen guten Anschluss an das Verkehrsnetz. Konstanz und die Schweiz sind so in 25 min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40qm Wohnfläche und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, sowie auch eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teich. Überlingen am Bodensee ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene Badesee Illmensee oder Pfullendorf ist ebenfalls in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Der Rhein lädt in den Sommermonaten zu einem erfrischenden Bad und das wunderbare Städtchen lädt zu Erkundungstouren. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 4-Familienhaus. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich unser Restaurant Uferlos an der Schifflände.
