Cozy guesthouse - great location

Our guesthouse has private access and located just outside central Reykjavík, in a very popular residential neighborhood, charming Vesturbærinn (west side). 20 minutes walk downtown. Attractions in Vesturbærinn include the local favorite swimming pool, Vesturbæjarlaugin, the local gourmet supermarket, Melabúðin. Local café and wine bar, Kaffi vest. The outdoors is also nice, with the southern shore of Reykjavík, Ægisíðan just down the street, where you can take beautiful walks along the coast.

Cosy cottage with SAUNA. Excellent location.

Exellent location between Airport (30 min.) and Reykjavík (15.min Central). The Cottage is downtown Hafnarfjörður, close to the harbour, a walking distance from Restaurants, Coffee shops, Tourist info, cute little shops, supermarket and a central bus stop. Taking a SAUNA after a long day is a real treat and the "outside" shower (with hot and cold water) is a great experience. Tiny garden home in Mosfellsdalur

Newly built (30m2) an oasis at the onset of the Golden Circle, 12 km outside of Reykjavik. Convenient location as a hub while enjoying excursions as well as exploring Reykjavik and the surrounding area. Sheltered by tall trees and vegetation, the house offers privacy while enjoying views of Mt. Esja. On the property the owner operates a sustainable and organic vegetable farm, both outdoors and in heated greenhouses. When not in use as a rental property, the home is used as a craft workshop.

Seaside Nest – Hvalfjörður

Tiny, cozy, and colorful guesthouse by the sea in Hvalfjörður, just 45 minutes from Reykjavík. The hut sits on the shoreline with sweeping fjord views, where seals and seabirds are frequent visitors. Hiking paths like Glymur waterfall are nearby, Hvammsvík spa is 5 minutes away, and Thingvellir National Park is only a 30-minute drive. In winter, the northern lights often light up the sky, making this a magical place to stay. The hut is only accessible by car, as there is no public transport.

This secluded cabin is just 35 min from Reykjavík and offers complete privacy along with a hot tub overlooking the lake. The bathroom is fully equipped, while the modest yet functional kitchenette includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a selection of movies on the TV with a DVD player—please note there’s no WiFi, making this the perfect spot to unplug and enjoy a peaceful, cozy getaway. We use geothermal water. Private guest-house in Reykjavík

Our cozy guest-house is located by our home in Rekjavík. There we are only a two minute walk from the beautiful nature of the valley of the river Elliðaár with tracks for walking and running. Close by we also have the local swimming pool with jacuzzis, slides, saunas and a gym, and only a few minutes walk to the low price supermarket. The drive to downtown Reykjavík is about 10-15 min and 30-40 min by bus. The bus stop is just a few steps away. Registration nr. HG-00018365

The Aspen Annex

Take a break and unwind in our peaceful annex, conveniently located for hikes to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River, and a wealth of amenities in Hveragerði. The annex has a private entrance, king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and basic cooking facilities (added in January 2026). You will also have exclusive use of the garden hot tub, a tranquil escape nestled among the birch and aspen trees. Please note that we have a very friendly dog who you may meet!

A beautiful cottage, close to town and the Thingvalla national park. It is situated beside the museum of Nobel winner Halldór Laxness - and thus on the Golden Circle. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen, shower, Wifi and modern amenities. An experience for tourists or artists looking for inspiration and peace. High probability for Northern Lights, just step outside. Close to the national park, paths and the Reykjanes volcanos. Only 20 min. from Reykjavik centre.

Great newly renovated studio apartment with private entrance for two in a family friendly neighborhood. 35 square meter with a queen size bed (160x200cm), new kitchen and new bathroom. Quick way into the city center (15 min drive), easy access to main roads and quiet neighborhood. There are super markets not too far away and a local swimming pool with hut tubs and sauna. Bus stop is only 1 min away. Close to excellent nature trails with lakes, rivers and open spaces.

Hidden diamond

40 square ft studio, at quiet and nature surroundings. 10-15 min down town by car. There are netflix avalible in the studio. Possible for putting a babycrib up. There are food stores, apotek, swimming hall/hot tubs, horse back riding in they area! We live next door, so if you need us your welcome to look us up! :) Cleaning is included in the price! You can park in the street..
