De hele benedenverdieping van deze ark op de Rijn behoort tot uw domein: een gezellige woonkeuken verbonden door een hal met de woonkamer. Zowel de woonkamer als de keuken zijn voorzien van een houtkachel, naast vloer- en wandverwarming. De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. In de tuin met uitzicht over de Rijn diverse zit en bbq plekken.

Met 5 minuten fietsen (vlakbij te huur) ben je in het bos of in het gezellige centrum van Apeldoorn met volop terrassen en winkels. Het huisje is volledig gerenoveerd en met liefde ingericht. Vanuit de oude raampjes kijk je uit op de moestuin met oude appelboom, een bloemenborder en scharrelende kippen. Welkom in het gezelligste huisje van Apeldoorn!

Ons appartement is sfeervol ingericht en van de belangrijkste gemakken voorzien. Goed te verwarmen, kookgelegenheid incl. potten, pannen, oven/magnetron en servies en een koelkast. TV, Wifi, eigen douche en toilet (kleine badkamer) , 2 aparte slaapkamers boven met 1 een- en 1 tweepersoonsbed. Kinderbedje en speelgoed is ook aanwezig. Het heeft een eigen voordeur, eigen terras, weinig inkijk en op loopafstand van een boel voorzieningen. Informatiemap mbt activiteiten in omgeving is aanwezig.

National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. If you want, dive in our pool or enjoy our sauna! (20 euro)
