The Redwood Retreat

Near Lake Temescal, Redwd Regional Prk, Bart, Hwy 13, Rockridge,Montclair, Dwntwn. We completely remodeled our guest house with a focus on short term tenants. Lots of storage within one of the most quite settings you will find. We made a thoughtful attempt to load the unit with everything u might need while away. The kitchen is functional to the point that you could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner, multiple frying pans to crock pots a blender or chefs knives. Bathroom sundries abound!

Cozy backyard cottage in shared backyard with sunny patio for relaxing outside. Studio cottage is separate from house with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and eating area. Everything you need to relax and make simple meals, including coffee and tea. One block from Solano Ave for restaurants and shopping, a few blocks walking from whole foods and more restaurants. Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

Garden Cottage near BART & walkable neighborhood

Our sun-filled cottage is located a 10-minute walk from BART and bike paths with easy access to UC Berkeley, San Francisco, and the East Bay. Featuring a separate bedroom (comfy queen bed), living room (with couch and futon bed), bathroom, shower, full kitchen, & a private deck with fragrant jasmine vines and furniture for outside space of your own. One of the two private entrances opens into a lush garden with wisteria-draped pergola and multiple (shared) seating areas and paths.

875 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom house, newly remodeled in charming neighborhood. 75“ smart TV with Peacock streaming. Heater only (AC is not common in neighborhood), wifi internet.Full kitchen, including microwave & dishwasher. Washer and dryer are located in detached garage. Guests own driveway. Very walkable to organic grocery stores, Japanese Asian market, and many local restaurants. 24 hour fitness is just across street.

Sunny studio near UCB

Our sunny studio has a comfortable queen bed, efficient kitchen, and small bathroom with a shower. The only sink is in the kitchen. Large windows look out on our garden. Newly renovated, clean. Near shops and cafes and an easy walk to public transportation. We have just added a sleeper sofa. A third person can be accommodated for an additional charge.

Our little guesthouse is completely detached from the main house and offers a quiet, comfortable and private place for work and/or relaxation. Enjoy the garden with a large patio, Adirondack chairs, umbrellas and big dining table. On site parking. Your guest quarters are located inside the same structure as our private exercise space.

We designed the space to be the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the area: quiet, serene, and comfortable. We want you to have everything you need for a quick visit to the area or for a month-long stay.

The house has local amenities, trails, and Richmond Marina Harbor. It is in a quiet neighborhood next to a new Starbucks, restaurants, brewery, and CVS—all within walking distance. From the Richmond marina to San Francisco takes only 30 minutes.—a faster alternative versus taking a bus to Bart station to SF.
