Acogedora casa localizada en la colina del barrio Atalaya de Rincón. Desde el alojamiento podrás disfrutar de una increíble vista panorámica, donde se capturan las mejores caídas del sol del pueblo de los bellos atardeceres. El lugar está compuesto por dos habitaciones, sala, cocina, baño y una hermosa terraza en el techo de la vivienda. Una de las habitaciones tiene balcón privado, al igual que desde la cocina tienes acceso a un rústico balcón que permite la entrada de aire fresco a la casa.

Cozy Studio located in the busy Downtown area. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, markets, a 24 hour gas station, pharmacies, a hospital, and beaches; all at walking distance for an enhanced experience in Town. Can get loud some nights in the seasonal time (Mondays and Thursdays specifically), not ideal for kids, online work, or early bedtimes. The studio itself is a welcoming and modern space. Perfect for relaxing in or getting ready for adventure in town. Pets must be approved by host.

Only 5 minutes from Pico Piedra Beach, 15 minutes from Rincón's Lighthouse, Surfing Beaches, Steps Beach, 9 minutes to Rincón Plaza (host of weekly Art Walk), 20 minutes from Crash Boat, Aguadilla... Nearby are restaurants, bakery, supermarket and many other. You will need a car to move around, no public transportation is available around the area. No pets allowed.

It includes WIFI, TV, Stove, microwave, shower electric heater, utensils and basically everything needed to have a pleasant stay. Worth mentioning that the apartment studio is very spacious with a Queen Size bed!
