The bright flat is a perfect combination of modern style and tradition: while all the pieces of furniture are brand new, the white mosaic floor, the ceiling with beams and decorative details reflect the typical Venetian interiors. The flat is provided with the following services: - fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking and combo oven; - air conditioning both in the dining room/kitchen and bedroom; - clean towels and bed sheets; - high speed WiFi (and ethernet connection); - Cinema TV with Sky decoder (with subscription to international channels), music sound system. Rialto Bridge is only seven minutes away, or venture a little further to Piazza San Marco in about 15 minutes. Getting lost in the picturesque alleyways is part of the beauty of exploring Venice. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

L'appartamento (al piano rialzato) ampio e molto luminoso è adatto a famiglie numerose o piccoli gruppi di amici ed è vicino alla fermata di Fondamente Nove - senza ponti! molto comodo all'aeroporto e alle isole di Murano, Burano e Torcello. Campo Santa Maria Nova è a due passi, la Venezia vera.

Appartamento al primo piano in un tipico palazzo veneziano dell’800. Molto luminoso e posto in pieno centro storico con molti negozi e servizi, ma fuori dalla confusione. L’entrata è condivisa con il gestore dell’appartamento, ma del tutto separato. In condivisione resta solo l’entrata principale e la zona lavanderia. La cucina è abitabile, mentre nella stanza principale si trova un letto matrimoniale ed un piccolo salotto.
