The bright flat is a perfect combination of modern style and tradition: while all the pieces of furniture are brand new, the white mosaic floor, the ceiling with beams and decorative details reflect the typical Venetian interiors. The flat is provided with the following services: - fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking and combo oven; - air conditioning both in the dining room/kitchen and bedroom; - clean towels and bed sheets; - high speed WiFi (and ethernet connection); - Cinema TV with Sky decoder (with subscription to international channels), music sound system. Rialto Bridge is only seven minutes away, or venture a little further to Piazza San Marco in about 15 minutes. Getting lost in the picturesque alleyways is part of the beauty of exploring Venice. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi museo e luogo d'interesse: dista a soli 10 minuti da Rialto e 20 da Piazza S. Marco. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione ferroviaria S. Lucia. Comodo anche dall'aeroporto Marco Polo.
