An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

L'appartamento ( al piano rialzato) ampio e molto luminoso è adatto a famiglie numerose o piccoli gruppi di amici ed è vicino alla fermata di Fondamente Nove ( senza ponti! ) molto comodo all'aeroporto e alle isole di Murano, Burano e Torcello. Campo Santa Maria Nova è a due passi, la Venezia vera.
