Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Monolocale di 50 mq in stile rustico toscano. Cucina a vista,frigo combinato, lavatrice,lavastoviglie,forno a microonde,wi-fi,aria condizionata,TV 55p, bagno con doccia,giardino esterno con zona pranzo e barbecue in muratura.Posto auto privato di fronte all'ingresso. La casetta è a circa un km dal borgo medievale di Suvereto, " uno dei più belli d'Italia ". La spiaggia più vicina è a circa 15 minuti.Animali ammessi.LUGLIO e AGOSTO consentiti solo soggiorni settimanali da sabato a sabato.

Semplicemente: per trascorrere un periodo di vacanza in totale tranquillità e privacy, in un angolo di paradiso accompagnato da confort,sole e tanto mare sopratutto per famiglie anche con bambini piccoli. A pochi passi troverete la spiaggia di FORNO attrezzata anche di lettini e ombrelloni, in piu nelle vicinanze e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con bellissima passeggiata troverete altre 2 spiagge e vari bar e ristoranti affacciati sul mare.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Casa Anto Isola d'Elba -Spiaggia

Casa Anto, Ristrutturata completamente nel 2025, è composta da un soggiorno con cucina completa con divano letto, da due camere con letti matrimoniali e da due bagni, di cui uno riservato ad una camera. Si accede alla casa da una scale esterna. La pergola esterna è arredata con tavolo e sedie/sdraio La spiaggia, distante circa 250 metri, è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa dispone di un giardino, con prato, riservato di 200mq ca.

Rilassatevi con tutta la famiglia nella nostra casa immersa nel verde a due passi dalla spiaggia. L'ampio giardino, il parcheggio privato e la breve distanza dalla spiaggia di sabbia ti permetteranno di passare una vacanza in completo relax. Se volete scoprire questa meravigliosa isola, la posizione centrale di Lacona è perfetta per raggiungere le tante e diverse spiagge o per visitare i sette comuni dell'Elba.

To reach the farmhouse from the Archaeo-mining park of San Silvestro, it is necessary to travel 1300 meters of white road, uphill with an uneven road surface.

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Two opposite wings form the sleeping area and therefore privacy for the different parts. The beautiful garden offers amazing sea views.

Villetta indipendente sul mare con accesso privato alla spiaggia sottostante. A 2,5 Km dal centro abitato e dall'imbarco/sbarco Toremar. Ampia terrazza recintata vista mare. Soggiorno minimo 15 giugno-15 settembre: 7 notti, con check-in e check-out il weekend. Ammessi fino ad un max di 2 animali domestici (supplemento di 50eur cad, per tutta la durata del soggiorno))
