E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

Monolocale di charme affacciato sul mare, con terrazzino vivibile sulla via principale di Camogli. Al quinto piano di una tipica "palazzata", con caratteristica scala "camoglina" (sconsigliata a chi ha difficoltà deambulatorie e a bambini -only adult)). Le due finestre offrono viste mozzafiato da Punta Chiappa a Genova, e tramonti indimenticabili. Piccolo ma confortevole, è il risultato di una attenta e accurata ristrutturazione. Centralissimo e comodissimo per treni, bus e traghetti.

Il mio alloggio, di recente ristrutturazione in tipico palazzo ligure, e' situato fronte mare con una splendida vista sulla Baia del Silenzio, vicino ai migliori bar e ristoranti del centro. Ti piacerà per la posizione, l'atmosfera, il quartiere, gli spazi esterni. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie con bambini (e' a disposizione letto Baby Farma per l'infanzia) e chiaramente non manca la macchina del caffe' Nespresso .
