This holiday apartment is situated in a beautiful villa (3 lodgings), ideal for a relaxing holiday, at 800 mt from Sassetta, a remarkable medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast at just 12 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto. On top of a hill, 500 m above sea level, the apartments with private terrace have been renovated to a very high standard, in harmony with the surroundings. The villa is surrounded by a large green park and has a swimming pool (12x6, open April- October)

Cottage by the pool, Siena

This is a lovely cottage by the swimming pool. It’s a small house but very well organized and with all the necessary amenities. During the day the swimming pool will be shared with the other guests, however there is a spacious outside area and patio which is private. The view it’s stunning. You can see from the windows and the patio, the pool, the vineyards and a beautiful romantic church from year 1000. It’s ideal for a couple. The size of the double bed is 140x188 cm.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Casa Lola is situated in the middle of the old beautiful Podere Fulignano. The house is lovingly restored. On both levels you find a bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen offers a great view over the Tuscan hills. The terrace is next to the old remodeled pizza oven and it’s only a short stroll down to the huge pool with its 30x15 meters dimensions. Enjoy the tranquility and unspoiled nature of Podere Fulignano.
