Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Apartment Skorin is located in the heart of Rogoznica. In the near of the the apartment are all the facilities that can provide Rogoznica. Everything you need for a comfortable vacation is within 150 m. Once you park your car you no longer need it.Accommodation is suitable for small children because near the house is not a road.The apartment is located on the third floor of a family house, in the attic, so the view is unimaginable. New outdoor gym is 50 m from the house.
