Dreamy Loft by the Opera Theater

Uncover a sparkling gem where every piece of furniture showcases artisan work through Afghani tapestries, Aleppo's carpets, and batiks from Java. The vibrant home also boasts an array of furnishings, an open-plan layout, and contrasting motifs. The loft is the house of a writer and a traveler. I was for a long time a war correspondent and, in my journeys, I always made a point of bringing back a book, a carpet, a stone, a painting, a fragment of memory so that the world may live in my Roman home. The flat is available for brief stays but also for longer periods. Being less than a block away from the Opera Theatre, it could be the perfect base for singers and musicians. Giuseppe stayed here and this is what he had to say: "The flat is in a quiet street, off Monti. When you enter, it's all very charming. It's not a regular "B&B" experience, it's the flat of a woman who travels a lot for work. The result is very stylish and warm and full of wonderful details. We stayed here for ten days and we really felt at home." The entire 70 square meters loft is at your disposal. The loft has two areas, the living area and the sleeping area. The property is located within walking distance of both the main train station, Termini, and the splendor of the Colosseum. It's a great base for a musician, a writer, or an artist keen to explore the ancient beauty of the Eternal City. Were you not inclined to walk, the loft is located between the two main metro lines - A and B - that take you to most of the sightseeing. There is plenty of silence and light. The light is important, I believe and the silence as well. The loft is on the 6th floor, with the elevator. The property is located within walking distance of both the main train station, Termini, and the splendor of the Colosseum. Rivivi la storia della città eterna soggiornando in un antico palazzo del XVI secolo fatto costruire da un cardinale, a pochi passi dai Fori Imperiali. Le stanze sono ampie, accoglienti, arredate con gusto e molti pezzi di modernariato e design. The flat's warm and casually elegant atmosphere is in a unique location in front of the Imperial Forums and two minutes walk from the Colosseum,it's everything very easy to reach!The flat is composed of two wide rooms, in the living room there are a queen size sofa bed, a 50es dining table and a new fully equipped kitchenette. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with a double wardrobe and an easy writing desk. The bathroom is in the bedroom, so it would be much easier for a couple to share the apartment with a family member than a friend. The apartment is at the second floor without elevator. You will be hosted in a two rooms flat with bathroom and kitchenette. It is always a pleasure for me to meet new people, i'll be reachable by message whenever my guests need infos or help,I will be glad to help them in their wandering around my city. Le strade e i vicoli sono quelli dell'antica Suburra, dove viveva il popolo dell'antica Roma. Two subway stops are few minutes steps from the apartment: Cavour and Colosseo. Many buses going in every directions of the city stops in the two closest main streets: Via dei Fori Imperiali and Via Cavour. Via del Colosseo is truly very well connected!!! If you are arriving from Termini Station you will take the subway/metro B direction Laurentina and you will step down to Colosseo stop.
