the building, housing this unique loft for 2 persons, dates back to 1926 and was rebuilt in 2009, the apartment in 2019. Refurbished completely with all modern comfort. Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. You'll find: hairdryer, washer, dishwasher, wi-fi, micro-wave, air-conditioning, private secured car-parking for 1 car

Access is via a small square, typical of the center of Rome, a few meters from the Colosseum. Independent entrance, unique for combining ancient walls and design furniture, 50 m2 on two levels, equipped with all comforts: a/c, private sauna for two, TV, Wifi. Bathroom with window, living area with kitchenette, double bed, shower. We like to imagine that the ancient tuff wall and the brick arch, preserved inside, were part of a Roman cistern for shows of naval battles.
