Ideal for families and small groups who, at the end of the day, also enjoy gathering around the table for a board game, reading a book or having a coffee on the balcony.

The apartment is located at 4th floor of an historic building (1884) right in front of the magnificent papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (432) whose enchanting view you can enjoy sitting on the sofa. The central train station of Roma Termini (thus metro station) is less than 10 minutes walking, while the Colosseum is among 15 to 20 minutes. Right in front of the apartment there are many bus stops, "city sightseeing" buses and taxi's parking, while a large supermarket will satisfy any need.

L’attico che è dotato anche di una terrazza con vista sui tetti di Roma, è ubicato in un antico palazzo del 1600, sprovvisto di ascensore. Non è consigliato quindi per ospiti anziani o con ridotta mobilità perché ci sono molti gradini per raggiungere il quarto piano.

This small apartment in the heart of Rome is a place that I love and that has given me unforgettable moments. I think it's a perfect corner for two. You can reach all the main places in the center on foot. It is ideal for two people because it has only one bedroom and one bathroom but, exceptionally, I rent it for up to 4 with families with two children in mind. In the living room there are two armchairs that convert into beds. In July and August enjoy air conditioning!
