Qui sarai vicino a tutto. Ha un ampio spazio comune con cucina a vista. La camera da letto principale ha il bagno en suite. E' stata completamente rinnovata da poco. E' al settimo piano (con solo 5/6 gradini si arriva all'ascensore) in un quartiere molto vivo (San Lorenzo). Dal balcone si possono vedere in lontananza le montagne e la stazione dei treni (Termini). E' accanto ad un parco giochi per bambini. Ha tutti i principali servizi di quartiere. In 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Colosseo.
