Our fully furnished studio guesthouse is located on our 1.25 acre property. It is perfect for a couple, 2 friends, or parents and child. We are conveniently located 2 minutes off of highway 99. We are also 15 minutes from downtown. This studio has all the amenities of home, yet the privacy of your own space and entrance. We can not wait to host your next getaway. My place is great for couples, adventures, business travelers maximum 2 guests Our guests can enjoy the village park, theater, live music, night live and more within less than 5 minutes walk. The cottage has no kitchen however it has Freg, microwave , toaster oven, and coffee machine

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.
