Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Nice outdoor areas, a shared pool (not heated) for guests to use June-September. Hot tub NOT for guest use. NOTE: Street parking. Only ONE car allowed We hope you choose to stay with us. Blackwood Garden Guesthouse

Enjoy this unique and tranquil hideaway tucked in the rear of our property in the historic Woodlake neighborhood of North Sacramento. Marvel at the greenery and canopy of our backyard garden from the guesthouse porch or relax on your own private patio under shade trees. You will have everything you need in the guest house including clean sheets, covers, towels and pillow cases and it has a full kitchen that we have stocked with basics. You can ask us for anything that you might need.
