It has a large yard with outdoor games, bar, firepit and tables to eat and enjoy the fresh air! Also, it’s just a few miles away from Top Golf, Sunsplash, Quarry Park, and Thunder Valley Casino! Folsom Lake is 8 miles away, and we’re only an hour from the Boreal Mountain for fun in the snow!

This gorgeous newly remodeled 2 bedroom [NOTE:2 king size beds and 2 rollaway beds(available upon request)] and 2 bath. Unwind and relax. Hang out in the spacious backyard. Note: $500 extra cleaning fee if smoking or pet hair detected. Due to allergies, we are unfortunately unable to host any animals. Due to CoVid-19 safety - hot tub is not available.
