This 2-bed, 2-bath, 2-car garage and plenty of outdoors, offers you the comfort of feeling home, yet the adventure of your getaway vacation. Overlooking the blue waters of Lake Marlin, away from traffic and noise pollution, yet close to stores, golf clubs and main roads taking you within minutes to Manasota Key and Boca Grande Beaches.

Once you enter Little Summer House you will have left your worries behind. This turquoise paradise is the cumulus of tranquility, comfort and security with a stylish décor. Indulge yourself watching colorful sunsets from the amazing pool or sink into the memory foam king-size bed. You may spot a butterfly or two around our butterfly garden or whip up a quick snack in the fully stocked kitchen with a coffee station complementary with your stay. Pristine beaches and golf courses are a short drive.

While the space includes a kitchenette, access to the main shared house may be available if you need a full kitchen or laundry facilities.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful and peaceful place! This place created for 5 to 6 persons. The couch in the living room can fit 1 adult and one child. Master bedroom has beautiful king-size bed, 2 good size closets and full bathroom. The second room has very sturdy and comfortable 2 twin beds, a good size closet and a soft carpet in between. This house has big living room with huge couch for the 5th person to sleep and 6th small person. The full kitchen had good size pauntry.
